Return & Exchange Policy
Tiffanysilvers.co.uk wants you to be a happy customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with the jewelry that you receive from us, as we only sell high quality tiffany style jewelry. We do understand that you may not like your purchase for some reasons. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, email our dedicated customer service at service@Tiffanysilvers.co.uk within 15 days of the delivery date
Notice: For health reasons some products such as earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective
For Returns:
If you want to return your item(s), please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 15 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any item MUST be sent back complete with the original packs. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation which has the parcels unique tracking number to track the delivery status of your package and you must apply postage to the returned package. Please be advised that tiffanysilvers.co.uk will not be responsible for loss and damage of return shipments. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 10 days after we receiving the returns. The original £4.99 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. If you decided to return your items, Please contact us at first to obtain the return address.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with jewellery packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund the postage costs upon request.
For Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit .Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at our service e-mail address within 8 hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don't worry! Even after the 8 hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
